The deal between you and VeraForma, in plain words: what you get, what it costs, what it will not do, and how to leave.
Effective 4 October 2026 · applies to the VeraForma app for iPhone and Android and the website at veraforma.app
The short version
VeraForma is coaching, not medicine. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it never replaces your doctor or physio.
Your movement screen is free and stays free. What it finds is yours to keep whether or not you ever pay. Premium is the corrective programme, the training plan and the coaching that act on it.
Premium is $29.99 a month or $249.99 a year, and it renews itself until you cancel. New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial, once per person — one per VeraForma account and one per App Store or Google Play account. Your store takes a payment method, charges nothing for 7 days, and then the subscription renews automatically at the price it showed you unless you cancel before the 7 days end.
You cancel in the App Store or Google Play, not here — that is where you bought it and it is the only place that can stop the charge.
You can delete your account from inside the app, and it takes your data with it. We hold a locked copy for 90 days in case you want it back, and we keep our record of what you bought. See Ending it.
Train sensibly. If something hurts, stop, and talk to a professional who can put hands on you.
Agreeing to this
Making an account, or using the app or the website, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use VeraForma. If you are using it under a coach's account or an invitation from a coach, these terms still apply to you.
You need to be 13 or older. If you are under 18, use VeraForma with a parent or guardian's permission — your coach may ask for it.
What VeraForma is
VeraForma is a personal training app. It watches how you move — through an overhead squat screen, posture photographs, single-leg work, and the camera during your actual sets — names the compensations it finds, and writes training, corrective and nutrition work from them. Where a real coach is involved, it is the tool that coach uses with you.
The measurements and findings are produced by software. They are good enough to program from and they are not a clinical assessment. The app tells you when it cannot make a reading rather than guessing, and you should treat a refusal as exactly that.
What it is not
VeraForma does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing in it replaces your physician, physiotherapist or any other licensed professional.
Training and food genuinely move a lot of health markers. That is your doctor's call to make with you, and this app is built to hand them numbers, not to make the call for them. Where the app points you at a professional — a pain pattern it will not program around, a medication that changes what your heart rate means, a reading it refuses — take it seriously.
Get medical clearance before you start if you have a heart, lung or metabolic condition, are pregnant or recently postpartum, are recovering from surgery or injury, or if the readiness questions in your evaluation flagged anything. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, dizziness or any symptom that worries you, stop and get medical help. Do not use this app instead of an emergency service.
Your account
You can use the free app without an account; Premium, messaging Brad and backup across devices need one. Your account is yours alone, and you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is in it.
Give us true information in your evaluation. It is not paperwork — the programme, the loads, the cardio zones and the food targets are all computed from it, and wrong answers there produce wrong training. If your health changes, update it.
One person per account. Do not share a login; if someone else needs the app, they need their own account so their programme is built from their body.
Free and premium
The diagnosis is free. The fix is the product. That is the whole rule and it is worth stating plainly:
Free, always: making an account, the movement screens and posture photographs, the findings themselves — every compensation the screen names, the muscles it says are overactive and underactive, and why. Screening is unlimited. Your workout log, your food log and your own data stay yours whether or not you pay.
Premium: the corrective programme built from those findings — the exercises, the doses, the holds and the order — the rest of the training model beyond the first phase, the comparison between one screen and the next, the 3D anatomy with your own findings on it, the weekly written review, and the coaching features that call a server.
If your subscription ends you keep your account, your history, your screens and your findings. You lose the things listed as premium above. Nothing you have already recorded is taken away from you.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period and your payment method is charged automatically, at the same price, until you cancel. Renewal happens within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You buy it through the App Store or Google Play, and the charge is made by Apple or Google, not by us. Payment is taken by your store account on confirmation of purchase.
The price your store shows you is the price that governs. The figures above are in US dollars. Apple and Google convertApple converts, localise and include tax, so what you are charged in your own country and currency may differ from the numbers above — the store shows you the real amount before you confirm, and that is the one that counts.
We may change what a subscription costs. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, it is announced before it takes effect, and the store's own rules about notifying you of a price rise apply on top of anything we do.
There is no checkout on the website. Subscriptions are sold on the phone app only, through the two stores.
On the website you can also subscribe with a card. Premium (monthly or yearly), Premium + ($349.99 a month or $3,499.99 a year, for up to 30 members at a time) and Brad’s 1-on-1 in-person training plans ($597, $1,097, $1,497 or $1,997 a month, for 1 to 4 sessions a week) are sold on veraforma.app through a card checkout run by Stripe. A website subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged at the same price until you cancel.
There is no free trial on the website. Your card is charged when you subscribe there. The free trial described below is offered only in the phone app, by the App Store and Google Play.
After you subscribe to an in-person training plan, Brad contacts you to schedule your sessions.
Premium + and 1-on-1 coaching are not store subscriptions. Nothing for either is sold or charged in the app or on the website. You ask Brad; if he takes you on, payment is arranged with him directly, not through the App Store or Google Play. The store steps under Cancelling and refunds do not apply to them — to change or end one, tell Brad.

The free trial
New subscribers can start Premium with a 7-day free trial. Everything is unlocked during it. It is one trial per person — one per VeraForma account and one per store account — and it cannot be restarted.
The trial is the start of your subscription, so the App Store or Google Play takes a payment method when it starts. Nothing is charged during the 7 days. Unless you cancel, the subscription starts when they end, at the price shown before you confirmed, and renews automatically. To avoid any charge, cancel in the App Store at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or in Google Play any time before it ends. If notifications are on for VeraForma, we also remind you two days before it ends.
The store decides whether your account can have the free trial and shows it before you confirm. You do not need a trial, or a payment method, to use the free plan.
Free trials started before the trial moved to the stores took no payment method; they run to their end date and then simply stop.
If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused part of the trial is forfeited, as the store's rules require.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, and do it where you bought it — we cannot cancel it for you:
iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VeraForma → Cancel.
Android: the Google Play app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VeraForma → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or that period renews. When you cancel you keep premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Bought on the website: cancel any time under Manage billing in Settings on veraforma.app, which opens Stripe’s billing page. You keep your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account does not cancel a website subscription — cancel it under Manage billing first.
Refunds
Because Apple and Google take the money, they are also the only ones who can give it back.Because Apple takes the money, Apple is also the only one who can give it back.Refund requests go to the store, not to us — Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Play Store's order history. Their policies decide the answer. If something has gone wrong with the app itself, tell us anyway on the support page: we would rather fix it, and we will back you up with the store where we can.
A refund request for something bought on the website comes to us, on the support page.
Using it properly
Use VeraForma for your own training. Please do not:
share, resell or sublicense your account, or use one account for several people;
copy, scrape or redistribute the exercise library, the video demonstrations, the coaching content or the analysis the app produces;
take apart, reverse engineer or work around any part of the app, including the parts that decide what is premium;
upload anything unlawful, anything that is not yours to upload, or photographs of anyone who has not agreed to be photographed;
use it to give clinical advice to other people, or to hold yourself out as coaching them with it, unless you are a coach we have set up as one;
attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach another person's data.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things.
Your content and ours
What you put in is yours. Your logs, measurements, photographs, notes and screens belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them for one purpose: running the app for you and letting your coach coach you. We do not sell them and we do not hand them to data brokers. The privacy page says exactly what is kept, where it goes and who can see it.
If you post a photograph to a shared wall or send it to your coach, you are choosing to share it with the people that wall or that coach reaches. Do not post anyone else's picture without their say-so.
What we made is ours. The app, the exercise library, the demonstration videos, the coaching content, the assessment logic and the way it judges movement are VeraForma's and are protected by copyright and other rights. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app while your account is open. That licence ends when your account does.
Changes and availability
The app changes — that is the point of it. Features get added, and occasionally one is removed or reworked, including features that are part of premium. If we remove something significant that you are paying for, we will say so.
We do not promise the service is always up. It depends on your phone, your connection, the stores and our server. Most of the app works offline once it has loaded, on purpose, because gyms have bad signal.
If these terms change materially, this page changes first and the date at the top moves, and we announce it in the app. Carrying on using VeraForma after that means you accept the new version.
Ending it
You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings, then Delete my account. It asks you to type DELETE, and the moment you confirm, the account is closed: your sign-in stops working everywhere and the data held under it on our server is removed. We hold a locked copy for 90 days, so a deletion made by mistake can be undone if you ask us; after 90 days it is permanently deleted and nobody can get it back, including us. The app itself cannot reverse it.
Our record of a store purchase — the date, what was bought and the store's reference for it — is kept as the proof of what you paid for. Cancel your subscription in the store as well, because deleting an account does not stop a store charge. A subscription bought on the website keeps billing until you cancel it under Manage billing. The support page lists exactly what goes and what stays.
Export your data first if you want to keep it. The privacy page explains how, and what happens to anything that has to be kept.
We can close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service. If we close your account for our own reasons rather than yours, you are not charged again.
Risk and liability
Exercise carries risk of injury. You are choosing to train, and you are responsible for training within what your body and your medical situation allow. Warm up, use loads you can control, stop when something hurts, and get proper help for pain that does not settle.
VeraForma is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the analysis is free of error, that a finding is clinically correct, or that following a programme produces any particular result. Bodies differ and outcomes depend on things no app controls.
To the fullest extent the law allows, VeraForma is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Disputes
If something is wrong, tell us first — most things are fixable in a message, and that is genuinely the fastest route. Use the support page.
Billing disputes about a subscription belong with Apple or Google, because theyApple took the payment.
